When there is need, in Quert, the ruler generally rungs whinging to one of the neighbouring lands asking for favours and promises it will not repay. Because of this, many lands have come to dislike the country, which has secured itself such a low reputation. All religions are welcome in Quert, no matter what bizarre rituals they practice, in an effort to better relations, or suck up to the religious leaders. In Quert, money and power gets you anywhere and if you don't happen to have these, they believe the next best thing is to whine or suck up for it. |
