OCEANLAY
Oceanlay is a country of fisherman, their bounty, the sea, thus the naming of their land. Most of them believe in seagods, among others, whom they mainly devote temples to.
The people work hard and are ruled by respected people within their communities whom meet together as a council of one hundred or so and take votes as to the implication of laws and new rules.
Poverty does no run rampant here though generally the people are poor, struggling to make their way into the new world.
