The great Makor, God of Strength is supposed to be as a stable pillar of stone. To be more precise, Makor is unemotional. In all of recorded stories of the Golden Rule Gods, the most emotion Makor is ever supposed to have gotten was a brief flash of anger.
Despite this, Makor is known to have taken (and soon rejected) many mortal lovers, though purely for the physical, rather than emotional, contact. He was also said to have had a brief affair with Ahza, Goddess of Love but was not particularly heartbroken when she left him.
Makor has a more obvious following than most Gods as his worshippers keep no secrets about their activities or beliefs. His followers tend to be strong warriors who attempt to reach the same unemotional state he has by being neutral in their decisions. In some countries Priests of Makor are often employed to be mediators in conflict. |
