� One of my favourites, Katrina is part cat part human. There is a story behind this. Adventuresome of nature, Katrina travelled to and swum�in the pool of youth and beauty. Unfortunately this pool belongs to Hera, the greek goddess. (Yes this pool actually was in a greek myth�I remember reading, though Katrina's story is fictional.) Angered by its use by a mortal, she came to punish Katrina. Katrina, herself prone to losing her temper, likened the goddess to a vain cat. Hera's response was along the lines of "We'll see who the cat is around here!" |
