| The Districts are, in a way, not entirely a land as they consist of thousands of small villages and towns that generally work independantly unless threatened, where they become a mass of united people. Each district looks after itself, trading for what it needs and ignoring the rest of the world elsewise. United, they are a forec but often leave decisions to the last minute due to a lack of ruling class. Their main weakness lies that, could they be separated in war, they would be easily overtaken. |
