Appetizers
Hot Artchoke Dip
2 Cans artichoke hearts (not marinated) drained and quartered.
1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained. 
1 pressed garlic clove
3/4 C. sour cream
3/4 C. mayonaise
1 C. grated parmesan and romano cheese

Preheat oven to 375.  Mix ingredients.  Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and just beginning to brown on the edges. 

Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
