| Featured Dilemma: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| I'm nervous about an interview I have tomorrow, I haven't been on an interview in years....... | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| There are basicly only 4 questions in any interview, if you are prepared for them and can recognize them as they pop up, you should do well. You probably won't be asked these questions directly, but these are at the root of the any good interview. The questions are 1) Are you qualified for the job? Here you talk about your overall qualifications. Be thorough. 2) What makes you the best of the qualified applicants? Here you talk about specific accomplishments you have had and the contributions you have made in previous positions. Be specific. 3) Why do you want the job? Here you talk about what interests you, the type of work, the environment, the company culture, etc... Be enthusiastic. 4) Can we afford each other? This is about not only the money, but the commitments that both you and the employer will need to make so that you are trained to be a contributer. Be honest about your needs and requirements. Good luck! Dan |
