Daniel Osvaldo Casoy,  architect / photo-journalist
Daniel Osvaldo Casoy was born in Buenos Aires in 1951. His parents were Juan and Leah. He attended the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Buenos Aires, where he got his degree in Architecture in 1974. His first work is the 10-story building at 3166 R. Arabe Siria st. in Buenos Aires. Designed in 1974, it pays an homage to "La Colorada" d. by Regis Pigeon in 1911. He worked with Clorindo Testa, and then with Luiz Paulo Conde in Rio de Janeiro as project and management collaborator on important works. In addition to this, he is a photographer and exhibited his work in  art galleries of Buenos Aires, Punta del Este and Rio de Janeiro. As a guest lecturer he presented his work in  institutions of Buenos Aires,  New York  and Torrevieja. From 1994 onwards he had published in LA NACION of Buenos Aires, many reports dedicated to outstanding  works.  D.O.Casoy/Photon�  illustrates books and his services are requiered by publishing houses like Editrice Abitare,  Gustavo Gili,  Projeto, Universidad Di Tella, FADU-UBA, Pierre Mardaga and Birkh�user. As author&editor of the book ARQUITECTOS MADE IN ARGENTINA in association with Luis J. Grossman exhibited AAM/Colecci�n 2004 at Batimat-Expovivienda.
