News Update
The EWA is dead...... long live the AEWA!! The EWA has been bought out by new owners following serious financial difficulties. The federation is renamed AEWA (All-Earth Wrestling Alliance) by the new ownership. Under the new ownership all of the titles stay in the hands of the current champions but the current roster has been trimmed down. A few superstars were not happy with their new contract offers, Including Jake Cage!!!!! The said superstars packed their bags & walked away from the AEWA to seek their fortunes elsewhere....... The former EWA tag team champions Fire & Ice were among those to walk out on the federation. Manager Julias Bradshaw stated that his team were going to reasses their options while competing on the independent circuit. Ace Ozone has been put out of action indefinently after suffering a freak injury in a hover car accident. The Horsemen quickly filled his place on the team with the shock heel turn by Cody Christian, as he becomes the fourth Horsemen. Luther Diggs shocks the AEWA fans when he turns on Austin Storm in a tag match invloving him & Storm vs Lee Atlas & Bullion. Diggs, Bullion & Atlas beat Storm down leaving him out cold in the ring!! Diggs later announced his new manager as Vic Torre, stating that he was sick of Storm hogging the limelight and that under Torre's guidance he will become the next AEWA Heavyweight champion. Storm is said to be very down about his former friend Diggs betrayal. Master Shogun arrived in the AEWA with White Tiger, claiming he would become AEWA Heavyweight champion. However Tiger lost his first three AEWA matches to Colin Douglas, Klaymore & Jack Armstrong. During a non title match between White Tiger and Black Mamba Master Shogun smashed a cane over Tigers head much to the shock of the on-looking crowd!! Mamba then under Shogun's guidance continued to beat White Tiger into a bloody mess. Shogun later revealed that he was sick of White Tiger and had taken Black Mamba under his wing as his new student. This has enraged White Tiger who is seeking revenge!! Indy card tag legends Armageddon have also suddenly appeared in the AEWA. They ran in after BEATDOWN (Assault & Battery) won the AEWA tag titles from the UNIVERSAL HEARTTHROBS. Carnage & Slaughterhouse stared down Assault & Battery before dissapearing back into the crowd!! Their arrival in the AEWA can only mean trouble for the other AEWA tag teams, especially it would seem for the current AEWA tag champions BEATDOWN...... Grunge has signed for the AEWA after being sacked by the CPC. Grunge has brought a tag team partner with him Maxx Rocker. Grunge is said to be very bitter with the CPC & GWF for firing him & he aims to show he is still a viable superstar by dominating the AEWA tag ranks with his loud mouth friend Maxx Rocker. Rocker was going no where in singles action on the independent scene. It would appear from reports on the indpendent scene that Grunge & Rocker have formed quite an effective (if a little unpredictable!!) tag team. With the new NJW fed appearing Master Shogun Pulls recently dethroned All-Star champion Black Mamba out of the AEWA to sign a contract with the NJW. White Tiger follows Shogun & Mamba out of the AEWA to the NJW vowing to continue to make Shogun pay for ditching him. Commissioner John Augusteen has been sensationally removed from his post as commissioner and replaced by Jerry "The Cat" Jenkins. This was pushed through by the new AEWA owners who thought that Augusteen was becoming stale. Augusteen has however managed to secure a contract as a wrestler (This was his last action as commissioner). The AEWA has signed several new stars to combat the NJW's growth in popularity. The Wack Pack (The Manikin, Scott Hutt & Neon Nova) have signed. These guys are a crazy trio who look set to shake things up around the AEWA. Other new signings include Alic Daeyhart, The Vision, James R.Rockford & the highly talented Kert Berner. Kert Berner has joined forces with established AEWA stars Bismarck, Hans Kroner & Helmut Daimer to form the group The Third Reich. This highly talented quartet look set to make an impact in the AEWA. Bismarck is the unofficial leader of the group. More news as it breaks..........................
