News Update

Magnus Colby is not a happy man, on one hand he has had to tolerate the pressence of the nGo in the CPC for the last six months just to help keep the company a float. The nGo has caused lots of problems back stage in the locker room area with many CPC superstars are very unhappy at their pressence in the CPC, but Colby knows that they bring in much needed revenue. The next problem for Colby is he is now only a 25.5% owner of his beloved CPC. With all the finacial problems of 2113 he has had to accept a partnership with: Michiko Ishida, Tiberius Prell, Wilheim Weissmann, Franc Kallo, Olivia Swindon & Lim Dist naFon. Since Colby losing total control of the CPC, Several superstars have been fired (Including Grunge & Kati) However several new stars have been signed into the CPC (Stigma, Puma, Thayne & Dar Gava) to name a few, helping shake up the roster. Paragon & Nora Pelf are currently trying to negotiate contracts with the CPC after they both quit the GWF. At present they are pricing themselves out of the market but the CPC board are keen to sign them. Magnus Colby was furious with UHWA commissioner Ms Dark as she negotiated a contract to take "The New Sensation" Cody Hawk to the UHWA from under his nose. Colby had been negotiating with Hawk for a while when Ms Dark offered Hawk a lucrative & attractive contract with the UHWA. Bitter about the deal faling through, Colby & Michiko Ishida moved quickly to secure Paragon & Nora Pelf to CPC contracts as the WGX was said to be showing interest. Paragon & Nora Pelf have joined forces with the Perfect Team (Brainstorm, Vixon, Hitmaker & Turbo). Paragon has his sights set on the three time CPC Heavyweight Champion Colossus. Jace Logan & Nikki Synn both walk out on their CPC contracts after the signings of Paragon & Nora Pelf. Logan felt that he would be shuffled down into mid card status and wasnt prepared to stick around to let it happen. Colby is threatening legal action as the two superstars were still under contract when they quit. Logan has since been seen wrestling on the independent circuit. How long can a star of his potential stay there?? The nGo is still causing locker room problems backstage. Colby & Ishida are not happy with the current CPC/nGo relationship and plan on negotiating a deal with Mr Hoffa to try and cut back or remove completly the nGo's presence within the CPC. Ishida is very keen to cut all ties with the nGo, while Colby can see some marketing benefits in their continued prescence. Mr Hoffa has so far not answered any questions regarding the nGo's future in the CPC but a showdown is imminent!! BREAKING NEWS!!!!! The nGo has sensationally walked out on the CPC!! Colby had been unhappy at their presence since the day he agreed a deal with Mr Hoffa bringing the nGo to the CPC. Little is known as to why the group suddenly quit, but Colby & more so Ishida are pleased that they have. What the future holds for the nGo is unclear at this time maybe 2115 will provide some answers. Colby & Ishida's celebrations were short lived as during the next house show after the nGo's departure the show was interrupted by four vicious looking AETHRANS!!! The leader of the group Vigour announced that it was time for some old debts to be settled as Colby had been missing his payments to the Aethran government. Colby was shaking as every word left Vigours lips. Vigour announced that he, Kronus, Violence & Riot would be joining the CPC roster to make sure that Colby doesn't miss any future payments. This was a bombshell for Colby who for once was speechless. Ishida is not happy at being in the dark over Colby's agreement with the Aethrans and she isn't to pleased at their presence in the CPC. The arrival of these four Aethrans in the CPC can only spell trouble for the other wrestlers on the roster. The Titans have left the CPC. Their contracts were up at the end of 2114 and Kid Rumble, Brice Magnum & Chris Knight decided not to extend them. Their departure leaves the Interstellar title & CPC tag titles vacant. These are due to be filled at the first PPV of 2115. Highly talented rookie Jarrod Priest and his valet Cherry Bomb have been signed by the CPC. They were plucked from the ICOF after Priest had recieved glowing reports from CPC scouts. The CPC committee aim to make some more new signings to the CPC roster soon. In a stunning move Lance Colby, Magnus Colby's son has talked Titan Perfection (Brice Magnum & Chris Knight) & Kid Rumble into signing new one year CPC contracts. This has occured only two months after the trio had decided not to extend their stay in the CPC, leading to the vacating of the CPC tag titles & Interstellar title. Lance who is usually very much in the background of CPC contract dealings and talent scouting has bankrolled the contracts himself!! This has shocked Magnus & Ishida who are both pleased and annoyed by the deal. They are pleased that the Talented Titans have returned as they are a big draw, but they are slightly weary of the fact that they were so ready to quit the CPC at the start of the year. Lance has also paved the way for Kid Rumble to bring in hardcore Titan Kaos as the fourth member of the team. How long will it be before Rumble, Magnum & Knight are wearing CPC gold again? Plus will Kaos be able to capture the CPC hardcore title. CPC makes two more significant signings, two highly talented cruiserweights have been signed to contracts. Migel Hurricane Rana & El Dueno Del Ring look set to lift the level of competition in the CPC cruiserweight division. In another dramatic move the four Aethrans (Vigour, Riot, Violence & Kronus) have all been summoned back to Aethra by Spike. Colby is a very pleased man to see the back of them, howver Spike later announced that the Gladiators were not through with Colby and he shouldn't get too comfortable over the fact that there are no Aethrans currently on the CPC roster. More news will appear here as it happens..................
