BASIC TEAM TACTICS

Here are some of the basic tactics:-

1. Call for the ball

   As a play in one team, we have to help each other in order to achieve the goal. This is called "team work" and call for the ball is one of the team work. If your opponent is far away from you and your are in a free space area, you can call for the ball from one of your team mate, asking for a pass, slap or hit the ball towards you.

    

2. Receive the ball from mate

   After you have call for the ball, as one of your team mate passed or slapped the ball towards you, you have to receive the ball by stopping the ball in front of your stick.

    

3. Pass the ball to mate

   After have received the ball, you can either push or pass the ball to your next team mate who call for the ball or you can bring the ball towards the goal post and try to score.
