I was about seventeen when my family were moving from Houston Texas. I had just begun really being rebellious. Drinking, trying drugs, hanging with the wrong people, and staying out late. We ended up having to move because of Financial problems. I was angry and did not relize at the time that it was going to be for the best. My brother and I were living at our grandparents. I had the oportunity to get to know my great grandpa Sally who showed me what real love was before he died. When he said, "I love you." I felt it in my heart he meant it. My grandmother Rachel tried to witness to us also.

It was later one night while everyone was alseep and I was listening to my headphones I learned the meaning of having a personal relationship. I had an interest in church a few times and listened to Contempary Christian music. When I did go to church I knew all the answers at Sunday School. That night I was listening to that type of music and began to cry from the emotion that had built. I heard a wispering voice say, "I am all you need." I knew in my heart it was the Lord. I told my grandmother, and at church the next day I said the sinners prayer with the pastor at her church.
