Date: May 4th
Location: London England
Places stayed/ visited: London, Big Ben, Kensington Gardens and Palace, Hight Park, The London Eye, Westminster abby, and the River Thems Boat Cruise.

Memorable Event: The London Eye was amazing! it was a 200 meeter all glass farris wheel that you could see all of London from. absolutly beautiful. although i quickely found out that most of my family has a fear of hights =^-~=

Notes: The day technically started yesterday when we got on an air plaine at 9:00 pm. we arrived (sleeplessly I might add) at 9:30 am, we actualy got in the air ort at 10:30, we taxied for an hour. well then we took a train accross the country side (beautiful) to Victoria where our hotel was. As pretty as the view was it was ablosutly hilarious to see 8 people try and get all of their luggage onto one commuter train before it leaves :) Once we lugged all of our luggage for a solid 3 blocks to our hotel, we found it wating for us in a quaint little street. The hotel its self was cute, with little rooms with out coves that peered around corners. A perfect exampl of tring to get as much use out of the little space you have. After we settled in we took the underground to to Kensington Gardens, and the Palace. We walked though the gardens and walked around the palace and former home of the late princess Dianie. We then headed back to the train station. After much confusion on which train to take we found the right one to Westminster where we were immeditaly greated by Big Ben. We stood around the abby getting tickets for various events. Then after a while we hoped aboard the Thems river cruise of London, which was really cool. When we got back we ate at some over priced chineese restruant, that served more american food then anything. Then we got onto the London Eye, which as stated before was amazing, it took a half hour to complete the circut but it was worth it. after all was done, the younger adults of the group went out pub-hopping and the older ladies and my self retreated back to the hotel and got some much needed sleep.
