I went to the first ever Body For Life For You "Spring Into Fitness" Convention (May 31-Jun 3/01) to Celebrate the completion Victories of my 12-week Body-for-LIFE Challenge. I met several wonderful people who I thought, shared my re-newed perspective on a healthy lifestyle, BUT, when we all sat down to eat, I began to worry that I had stumbled into a den of wild animals. I had heard of the Alpha Ape but never dreamed I'd actually see one alive in this day and age :-)
Patrick & Amy both know I'm just kidding! What a hoot to see these 2 go at the "Head Hunter" which was the start of great fun we had the entire week-end. I was the only Canadian at this wonderful Convention.
Come on Canadians! We gotta make a better showing down in Orlando in 2002 when High Point Living will revive itself again at the 2nd Annual Body For Life For You "Spring Into Fitness" Convention in Orlando, FL May 2-5, 2002. Join Lynn Lingenfelter, Hank Johnson and others.
