It's wonderful to see, sparkles on our tree -
Toys upon the floor.
The shopping's done and silence falls
Christmas Eve awaits -
Santa Claus once more!
Each snowflake twinkles bright, on his magic flight;
Rudolph leads the pack!
A soft, white teddy found today -
"Santa Claus was here
With his Christmas sack!"
The turkey smelled so good, cooking all night long.
Christmas Day is fun!
Op'ning gifts and running around
Carols ev'rywhere -
Hugs for ev'ryone!
The innocence of youth; seasoned Christmas truth -
Angels still proclaim,
New Year's here with new beginnings
New on Christmas Day!
Walk down mem'ry lane...
I wish each day could be, like our Christmas tree -
What a splendid sight!
Love and sharing, joy and laughter,
Magic sparkles bright -
Like this Holy Night!
