Introducing Your Motivator

"God, Grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change
Courage, to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference..."

Without a doubt, "good health" is a balance between our Body, Mind & Spirit. When these 3 areas are balanced, we are happy with ourselves, and are gifts of inspiration to others. Happy, healthy people can celebrate the present moment with optimism. And while embracing the adventures, wonders, and challenges of life, they remain sympathetic and sensitive to the needs of others. But, when parts of your Body, Mind or Spirit are "out of balance" in some way, there's room for "sore spots" or weaknesses of ego to grow wild or bitter, gradually upsetting the balance of your system, until suddenly they pop-up as problems for you, or, as unresolved areas within your life. Then, instead of being a remarkable adventure, life becomes a miserable existing, enduring chore.
Progressive human beings experience setbacks, respond to change, and continue to refine their picture of themselves. Sometimes, real, intense dedication to change is necessary to restore balance back into our lives. Progressive people face their challenges proactively by visualizing positive change towards "dreams that could be." Other people stagnate by holding limited views and only exist for the "status quo." And still, others regress, by simply failing to even start exercising their inner courage.

The key is that what we think IS as important as what we do. Thoughts have power. They affect our self-image or self-concept (how we think and feel about ourselves). And our self-image has a direct influence on our overall performance and success. So, it's not only important to constantly recreate a good self-image of ourselves within the refining and transforming process, but we must also renew the thoughts we feed our self-image with, and make sure those thoughts are good.

Co-existing with our self-image is our inner courage, inner fortitiude or inner enthusiasm. It's role is to rise to the level of our thoughts and help us put them into action. So it's important to have large thoughts - in every area of your life! Dare to dream large! Your inner courage is just waiting to be exercised and to help you fulfill your dreams! It only grows as you use it. Use it or lose it! No matter how small or weak your inner courage is right now, it is your motivator within (your inner enthusiasm) and it can be nurtured and revitalized through use, taking you beyond where you've ever been before. Make sure your thoughts are large enough for it to rise, be used and to grow. As we "think about" ways and means to transform, reprogram, change; or even "think about" problem areas, weaknesses or sore spots within our lives and what we can positively do for them, our "true, enthusiastic, inner Spirit" rises to the level of our creative thoughts and helps us DECIDE to TAKE ACTION towards bringing balance, dignity and self-respect back to our entire system. This teamwork between our Mind and our Spirit continues to create unlimited possibilities on behalf of us all, if we allow ourselves to be open to possibility thinking. This inner teamwork, our inner motivator IS our Omega Man working within. But, when we limit our thoughts or even fail to start exercising our inner courage (when our thoughts and dreams are small or non-existent), our inner Spirit quietly suffers and stagnates from lack of use, and we stay average, mediocre or regress and exist more in our Alpha Apish natures as creatures of habit rather than as proactive, living visionaries.

Today's world exists as one of our making, with each one of us progressing, stagnating or regressing somewhere along the Alpha Ape to Omega Man refinement spectrum. We can make proactive and profound differences in the life of our collective world when we first make those positive differences within the life of our own world. The challenge is for us to rejuvenate relationships between our confidence and performance that rebalance every area of our life for our success. To do that we need to take a good look at all the areas that can affect our world.

Looking Within

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that
we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as all children do. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Nelson Mandella

Centrally, deep within your core, you are a good person because God created you good. However you've clouded over this truth is your own personal problem area. Balance will not return to your life
I don't feel motivated.
Change Your Mind. Change Your Body. Change the World.
