Answer
I found that Methoxy Factor HP worked very well. I used it for my last 12 days before my final photo shoot with greater gains in fat loss and increased muscle mass. I took 2 after my workout, 2 with my lunch meal, and 2 with my supper meal.
Women often question whether they should be on Methoxy Factor HP and what would be the results...
First of all, I had 2 women (both eating low calorie, low fat meals while trying to exercise and do BFL as hard as they could). They both asked about Methoxy Factor HP. In both of these examples... I advised them:
Eat slightly bigger and more balanced portions (they needed their energy and strength - their bodies were shutting down trying to preserve what little they were giving themselves), as Bill has suggested - use the fist or palm method for portion sizes and don't try to undercut this, especially when you're on an exercise program as intense as BFL. I also related to these women...
My experience at the first ever Body for LIFE for YOU Convention in Orlando taught me that several women actually GAIN weight initially on Methoxy Factor HP. Even the EAS rep and Porter were really enthused that Methoxy Factor HP was "wonderful in really putting on the muscle" (I think Porter said - "it really makes you big, so ya gotta be careful with it"). The impression I got, and since I couldn't get it in Canada until 12 days before the end of my Challenge - was that "it's really good for the final phase where you're trying to add a few more pounds muscle and cut that last hard bit o' fat". That's the impression - AND, it was even said that "it's not for those whose fat percentages were high". (And, quite honestly I really haven't seen that advertised anywhere - have you)? My further impression is that if people start using Methoxy Factor HP toooo early, they're trying to find solutions in a bottle and not within themselves :-)
If you want to try Methoxy Factor HP, think about trying it around week 9 or 10 (but monitor yourself). Keep all workouts "intense" at that point. Hope this helps!
