| I have been carving for 30 years and have seriously carved over the past 5 years. Currently, I carve animals, human busts and caricatures. In reality most any object can be carved from wood. My carvings range from those in the round to both low and high relief. I use mostly bass wood, however I love to carve cottonwood bark. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| I have been a member of the Black Swamp Wood Carvers of Toledo, Ohio and a member of the Chip-O-Tex Wood Carvers of Harlingen, Texas. The BSWC meet on Thursday nights and the COT group meets every Tuesday during the day. Both clubs welcome visitors, so if you are interested in either watching us or carving with them, let me know and I will be happy to give you more information about each group. | ||||||||||||||||||||
