| How To Place An Order Should you be interested in placing an order please e-mail your request to me. I will send you the price of the piece you are interested in. How To Commission a Piece If you are interested in commissioning a piece from me, please send me an e-mail stating the subject you are interested in. I will notify you via e-mail to discuss creating this piece of art with you. You will be under no obligation whatsoever for this free consultation. I will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Should you decide to commission a piece.... I do require a downpayment of 50% which is non-refundable. What I Can Do I can create a variety of subjects such as wildlife, flowers, scenery, portraits, or pets of any species by researching extensive files from my photography library. However, if you should have a special photo of your pet or anything else that you may want done, I can also work from your photograph. You can either send me a digital photo via e-mail, but it must be sent using 300dpi or higher. Also, it must be large enough and clear enough for me to enlarge it to a size 8 x 10. (See example on Pets page). Usually a 4 x 6 scanned photo will suffice, but larger is always better. All hardcopy photos will be returned with your order. Pricing Pricing a piece of work depends on many things...such as size, type of wood used, subject matter, artistic work done, personalization on a piece of work, and most important..the time it takes to completely burn, color, and apply a finish to a piece. All pieces asre sealed with a protected coating using a variety of finishes (matte, satin, glossy) depending on the effect wanted. All artwork will come signed and dated by me. Human & Pet portraits start at $125 for a head and shoulders portrait of one person or pet for an 8 x 10 size. Larger sizes will cost extra. Other extra costs incured will be for multiple people or pets, full body portraits, detailed backgrounds, lettering, and adding color. This all can be discussed beforehand. I will also send you email photos of the progress I am making if you would like. Final payment is due upon completion and must be sent before the portrait is shipped to you. Each piece is unique, I do not reproduce the artwork seen on my website (except for the personalized pieces for a wedding, or anniversary if you so wish). I can however, create you a piece where the subjects may be similar, example if you want a picture of a different owl or eagle, etc. Shipping & Handling Prices do not include applicable shipping and handling. Shipments are insured for value and sent USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or overseas will involve additional charges and pre-arrangement. Expedited shipping by air is possible by pre-arrangement and will involve additional charges. I also require a full street address where I can deliver your purchase to. Payment Purchases can be paid by cashiers check, or money order payable to me at the address below. Shipments on purchases made will be delayed until the cashiers check or money order has been cleared at the bank (normally 7-11 days). Payments for International Orders are to be paid through Pay Pal. Contact me for further information. I now also have Pay Pal and I can take all major credit card orders. |
