Special Topic in Industrial
Engineering.
Objective
The objective of this course is to develop the understanding
and skills needed for using simulation in the design and analysis of manufacturing
systems. Topics will cover the art and science of simulation as well as
input and output analysis techniques. Labs will provide hands-on experience
in doing simulation. The course will culminate in a simulation project
applying the principles and techniques learned in the assignments and exercises.
