Cindy bought a '99 anniversary Miata in Wisconsin, brother Bob retrieved it to Winona, and so the chase was on. Friday, Nov 14 we flew to Minneapolis and Bob took us to Winona, we saw the horses and his cars, and picked up the new beauty. Saturday we drove to Fergus Falls and had a great dinner and visit with many of Cindy's family. Sunday am we left for home, we made it to Livingston, MT on day one. Sunday was a cloudy, drizzly day, just like Oregon, through NoDak and eastern Montana. Monday started partly sunny and we had good views of the mountains, as we got to the Montana/Idaho border we had snow flurries and some slushy collection, made for some exciting truck adventures. Luckily this lasted only a few miles and then we blasted down eastern Washington to the Columbia Gorge. We arrived at Liz and Josh's about 7 pm Monday, about 2000 miles in the little car.
