grim faeries are cool. they're a band that formed in 1998 out of... well, you'll have to check out their website to see for yourself, but i've put a few of my favorite images on here, because i think they're a band worth spreading around.
their music is dark and dense, everything from the drums to the vocals drenched in mind-numbing distortion. vocals are provided by XTinaX and Curse, dually. the music is a total-emersion experience. slip it into some headphones and instantly, you're traipsing through a disenchanted forest, your feet bare and muddy, your wings as torn as your soul... |
