Feed any 'Speckled' item to your Neopet. A Grarrl or Skeith can eat anything, even a Speckled Neopets Party Blower, Balloon, or Hat will work. For most pets however, only a Speckled Negg or one of the new foods announced on the May 10, 2006 News page are possible.
