Well, the big news is...We are pregnant! Baby #3 is about nine weeks along, EDD December 18th. Given my history, I am just hoping to make it to Dec.
When we decided to start trying for #3, I went to see my Doc AND the specialist several times to asses the risks, and they said it should be ok...The Docs STILL think all will be ok but given the complications last time, they opting to be very cautious. SO - I have to go see the specialist, and I may have to get weekly progesterone shots...yeehaw. But HEY - As long as the outcome is a healthy, full term baby, I am all for caution!!
So - The Girlie will start school the last week in July and her first track-out is Oct. We WERE going to go to NH in October, but now the Docs say that is too close to the third Tri, so we are going to TRY to make plans for July. The stressful part is that the only two weeks we can go in July are the two BIG HP weeks!! SO - I have to choose between missing the movie debut or not being there when my pre-ordered HP-DH book arrives in the mail...Dilemma!! I am leaning toward missing the move debut and asking the 'rents if they can watch the kids one night in NH so that DH and I can go to the movies there...
ANYWHO...that is the big news...thought and prayers would be GREATLY appreciated...I am nervous given the experience with the last pregnancy with the Sweet Boy...
Also FYI - Soccer was a complete disaster! The Girlie did not want to play, and the Sweet Boy did. At the last "game" (they don't really have games at 4 yrs old!), the Girlie played hide-and-seek with the sibling of one of her teammates and the coach let the Sweet Boy play. He played THE WHOLE TIME, only came out for about five minutes to get a drink and have a quick rest. At the "soccer party" when the coach handed out the trophies, he tried to say something nice about each player. When it was the Girlie's turn he said, "You were the best cheerleader we ever had!". The Sweet Boy was soooo upset that he didn't get a trophy. SO - we are going to try cheer leading next for the Girlie, and I will sign the Sweet Boy up for soccer next spring when he is old enough.
PS: Please note that this pregnancy is greatly effecting my brain - I am scattered!!
