D & G Pageant Designs will not be held responsible for garment's fit if measurements are not taken properly. Please ask any questions on measurements as we will help you through them.
All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the client. Any outfit we make is owned by D & G Pageant Designs until paid in full. All deposits are non transferrable and non refundable. Deposits are 50% of the cost of the garment. Payments may be made to reach the 50% deposit. Once a garment is received the client has three days to inspect the garment and discuss with us any changes that may need to be done. After the three days any changes will be at the cost of the client. D & G Pageant Designs reserves the right to use any pictures the client may send to us for ourwebsite and advertising purposes.
No details of garment will be discussed until a deposit is received. This guarantees our clients and us of a one of a kind design.
We are not liable for inclement weather that will make it dangerous for us to ship an item (example severe ice storms or snow during winter times). We will make very effort to contact you and ship when weather makes it possible)
Depending on our current orders we may be able to fit in a "rush" order. There will be an additional fee to do this. Depending on how soon you will need the outfit.

Our approximate turn around time on completed outfits is 5-8 weeks.
We do not and will not copy other designer's clothing please do not ask us to. All our clothing are custom creations made especially for each client.
