When all was said and done, we fell asleep in each others arms

I awoke with the dawn to find that you had gone long before.

Sleep in my eyes, I rise to the smell of love still in the air.

No sign of you near the bed, I stumble sleepily into the bathroom.

To weak to do anything else, I sit and drift in and out of un-conscience bliss.

As I finish my deed, I splash water on my drozy face.  Seeing the note taped to the mirror.

Reading, "Last night was magic!  Real magic should have no encore."

With no name to rest wearily on my lips.

I stumble back to bed with a smile on my face.
