| Author's note: Yeah, yeah. I know, I said this would only be two pages, but it's longer than I thought. Sorry. Trust me, this will be worth it. This is where the plot starts to begin. Sort of. - Beener | |||||||||
| "SABRINA HOPE!" "Uh-oh! Mom's home. I'm gonna kill Melanie. Talk to you later, Lance." "Okay. Good luck. See ya." <click> End Flashback She smiled, remebering the Homecoming dance. Just as she had told him, it was a lot of fun because she went with him. "What are you smilin at?" He had noticed her grin. "Oh, just thinking about old times." "Like what?" "Two words. Homecoming Dance." He laughed. "You too?" "You're thinking about it?" "Yeah." Chris bopped over. "Are you two finished?" "Why?" asked Sabrina. "Look at the time." She looked at her watch. "Holy shit! Is it really that late?" "Unless you're on England time, yes, it is." Lance groaned. "James'll have our asses! Let's go." They grabbed the rest of the group, and headed home. Just as Lanced predicted, James, their Public Relations director, was not happy when they got home. "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!?!?" was the answer when Lauren picked up the phone. "Happy to talk to you too, James. How are you, baby? I missed you!" she replised sarcastically. She hated James. So did Sabrina and the rest of the guys. He was always trying to end the girls' friendships with the guys. "Where are they?!" "Who?" asked Lauren innocently. "Don't feed me that shit, Lauren. Put one of them on the phone." "I don't think so. See, you call my house, being completely rude and demanding like a dictator. Maybe when you're done being a complete asshole and prick, I'll let you talk to them." And she hung up. "What was that all about?" asked Justin. "Oh, just an asshole that thinks he deserves to snap orders around and expects people to bend down and kiss his fucking shoes." "Tell James I said 'hi'" was Chris' smart-assed reply. Sabrina rolled her eyes at Chris. "You're soooo much sweeter then me, Lauren-" She was interupted by JC's snigger, and Joey's futile attempt not to laugh. She ignored them and continued "I would't have even let him make any demands, if he had called my house. The second I heard his ego-inflated voice, I would've hung up! Can you say, 'ego trip'?" "Yup!" piped up Chris. "See? Eeeeggooo trrriiip." "Yeah, well, I've had parctice." she answered, totaly ignoring Chris. "Yow? You've known him just as long as I have." "You seem to forget who my best friend since birth is." The girls started giggling, and looked over at Justin. He gave them a confused look. "What?" That made them laugh even harder, and the guys joined in, but Justin still had no idea what was going on, and still had the confused look on his face. "WHAT?!?!" |
