| Dancing Despite The Silence is BRAND new so we're looking to build a team of strong Christian ladies with a heart for serving others. As mentioned on the home page of our site, our mission statement is; Empowering young women, no matter what their backgrounds or lifestyles, to be the best they can be through Christ. Our target audience is twelve to eighteen years of age. We're here to pray for them, encourage them, and help them through the issues we all must, at one point or another, overcome. |

| So, what exactly would you do as a team member? Well, as of right now, we have these postitions open; *Prayer Partner *Writer *Creative Thinker *Financial Contributer I'll now take a moment to give some details about each position. (If you decide to apply for a position, please include your name, your age, e-mail address, your personal mission statement, and a summary of your relationship with God.) Prayer Partner: A prayer partner is one who will recieve prayer requests and praises. We here at Dancing Despite The Silence believe that prayer is pertinent. It should be the fundamental foundation of every Christian's life. It's communication with our creator. We'll soon launch a page just for prayer requests and praises. As a partner, you'll pray daily for the girls and their requests. A system on how this is to work exactly is currently being developed. Apply to be a prayer partner now! Writer: On our web-site we are preparing to have various inspirational and biblical articles. More specifically, we'll have daily devotionals and a weekly girl's issue article. Our main focus through these writings is to bring girls closer to God and to help them make better decisions in life. Of couse, this position is probably one of the more difficult because it involves a great deal of prayer and spiritual guidance so we're able to effectively reach our potential. But, if you're gifted in writing this will no doubt be a fun and fulfilling position! :) Apply to be a writer now! Creative Thinker Everyone knows that it takes creativity in order to establish any kind of great ministry, and this site is no exception! If you apply for this position you'll be the foundation of nearly everything that goes on at D.D.T.S. We need people who can think outside the box for ideas on articles, web-page updations, promoting techniques, etc. If you fall under this category, please apply! Your assistance is greatly needed! This site will continue to grow based upon whether there are funds or not, but it would definately help if we could establish our own domain name (which is a goal for the future).
