Yes, I, at times, do
CHOOSE to write poetry. It's great stress relief. gives me a soothing depression, rather than a frustrated must-kill one. Just run your mouse over the title!!! (and get exceedingly annoyed, but hey!... be careful*grin*)
Racism: this is a poem, evidently, about Racism. I used to like it heaps. I wrote it of my own accord. But it seems tad dry now.
Horse - a rather dull and simple poem but i still like it.
Light. I detested this poem! absolutely thought it was the biggest load of crap anyone had ever put together!... but the teachers seemed to like it.
Murder on New Year's Eve: this poem, I wanted to submit for Year 10 "Abbotsleigh writes". But the teachers refused... it annoyed me somewhat. I actually like this poem
War: This was also rejected by the english department. WHAT DO THEY WANT? some happy airy fairy load of junk?
Four Spirits: This poem I was required to write, as one of six, in a Poetry assignment last year. I resolved to make it vaguely happy, since 3 of the others were so morbid. It's alright.
Alone: the third morbid poem of my collection for the assignment.
Ruin: definitely a morbid poem.. i was feeling depressed that day
Friends Something to learn from. Another terrible life-experience.
Happy Poem- you can tell by the tone what this is.
