This is the page where I list all the people I know – no, you're not all my friends! j/k of course. No particular order, if I forget you, don't get pissed off, just msg me and demand some attention… or not. Hopefully, I'll get some pics and stuff; and I'll write stuff about you all sooner or later. No particular order as yet….actually, no, I'll put it in alphabetical-order, but considering that I'm near the end of the alphabet, I'll satisfy that craving of mine to reverse it, so that we poor people with surnames starting with TUVWXYZ can be at the TOP for once!
It is, in fact, just a list of the people who would care to have a conversation with me; hence some people being omitted despite having seen them around a bit. There's not much I can say, cos I don't know you! If you want to be on this page then TALK TO ME! or at least develop enough of a reputation for yourself, so I know enough about you.
ANYWAY, I'll get started sooner or later on this page
Sarah Yancey, has made my acquaintance this year. the other bass player. Don't know her that well, but we always end up laughing at each other.
Justin Yancey, part of the group; also plays the bass. Don't know him that well, but I see him around pretty often, when "the group" events occur. Definitely an honorary person who never escapes having his name at the end of the role.
Aimee Wiseman, one honorary person who finds herself at the or towards the bottom of the role all the time. Very nice person. Spent two years in the same French class. Great fun!
Kim Webster, also an honorary person. Sadly departed for Barker this year. Someone I miss. Always smiling – gee, wish I could do that.
Jamie Walker. May I quote a mug I saw in a store and say "Once you realise that I am GOD the better we shall get along"? Naa-haa!
Alice Tynan, a Barker defector. She claims I was nice to her in Year 5, but in MY recollection of it, I just remembering flicking her on the head a few times for no reason. Been pretty good friends recently. An honorary person.
Alicia Tong, is the most wonderful person I know! So caring and understanding! So humble! The greatest friend ever! Extremely talented and ever so capable! She'll knock you off your feet! Not a single touch of pride or arrogance about her at all! Humility itself!… and yes, I'll stop that now.
Mike Thrift, went to the same pre-school, same cello-teacher, somehow we ended up in the same group of people. Haven't really gotten to know him again, though.
Gemma Spence, just misses the honorary-person list. She loves to ice-skate and though I've never seen her do much, besides patrolling the rink, I can believe that she's pretty good – she's been skating as long as I've known her. Nice person, once you get to know her. Gotten to be a pretty good friend of mine the past few years.
Elizabeth Skelly, affectionately known not as Beth, Eliza or Lizzie, but SKELLY. Makes talking to her mother hard, "Hi Mrs Skelly", almost like "Hi Mrs Gemma" or "Hi Mrs Claire". A very very nice person, with good and admirable principles. Keeps to them too, which is something many of us don't do. Very reliable.
Premarani Sinnathurai, aka Rani, Prani, Ranip, Techy, or any other such term and yes, I'll stop that now. Friends since year 3, although apparently, we'd known each other and hated each other when we were babies. Gee, haven't we made such wrong decisions since then ;) . Loves the cricket, does gym and is amazingly good at it, despite our constant teasing. Brainy, but I'll stop that before she kills me. Has more people with problems saying her name than I do, but she doesn't seem so bothered by it.
Simon Steward, seen him around, don't know him overly well, but no objections as yet.
Colleen Siu, a nice person. Plays tennis, frequently with Skelly. Never seen her actually play though, but I reckon she's pretty good.
Alex Schebesta, affectionately known as Shrub. Really pissed me off in the Jnr school when she got a horse. Jealous as! but yes, she's the most amazing rider. hehe. Love the call; a friend of hers is boarding her horse at Samurai. One of the Samurai girls goes "Do you know Alex Schebesta? She thinks she's the best rider. Worst of all, she is!" Gem of a call that one! Her bro was in the same year as mine. Fun person. Loves Paul (McDermott that is *grin*). A fellow fan of Pete too!
Alex Rushworth, *hugs* from me! A very reliable friend at the times when you need them. Lotsa hugs!
Em Piper, also a friend since Year 3. Great person, great musician. Nobody would believe how amazingly shy she was in the Jnr School, but I ain't complaining.
Camilla Percy, Camshaft, Fantasy-Water-Camel, whatever. I love her quotes on Mr Dawson. Her bro was in the same year as my bro. Great person also, though I don't know her overly overly well. Somehow wheedled herself into my notice (j/k of course).
Rach Pennecuik, sorry, I KNOW I got the spelling wrong of that. Very caring and considerate person; also very modest, so I'll stop praising her. Always worth being friends with such a person. 'Bent's significant other..
Nat Ooi, does gym, great dancer, great person… I think those ppl who heard the card Nikki wrote to her will agree with it, I certainly do. Definitely knows how to have fun.
Mel O'Young. Funky fairy! need I say more?
Claire Norton, has been called Clarence, Snorton and others, but she doesn't like that much.
Georgie Moss… Dr Grieve has seriously given up on this girl! Still hasn't handed in her prac book, despite being threatened numerous times with a detention, but somehow still manages to understand Chem. Our daily entertainment! (no offence meant, btw)
Eliza Monaghan, is that the right spelling? Came this year, and brought us a contingent of Ravo friends. Seems pretty nice; hope to get to know her better.
Scott McKenzie, Beth's significant other. I'll never get over Jazz's obsession with the name!!! But it was funny. Now there's a 90s way to meet people!
Stuie Mau, has a funky web page. I've talked to him a bit, but don't really know him that well.
Solomon MatthewsI met at the show this year. Pretty nice. Funky webpage.
Cath MahCynicism+. I like it! Formulates really kewl morbid stories, like in our Yr 10 "Abbotsleigh Writes" *cringe*. Gem of a story. mind if I publish it?
SARARARARARARAH!!!!!!!! Lim… need I say more?
Marcus, sorry, can't figure out how to spell your last name. I'm guessing he'd have the same fun with people trying to pronounce his last name. Known as the Pornstar and apparently proud of it. Don’t' know him that well, but he's always around.
Jasmine Lam, likes to say MOO and RAAH ;) known her since kindy and, unfortunately (and at other times fortunately) so have our parents…
since WE were in kindy that is. Seems to manage the parental situation better than me, but ah well. seriously knows how to party, when she gets the opportunity to go.
Cindy Dowling, don't know her overly well, but a nice person nonetheless.
Dorothy Dean, known to some of us only as Godbhail or the Mistress of Time. I've gotten to know her pretty well the past few months, though I'll admit I talk at her, or perhaps even scream at her, rather than talk with her. Hopefully, I'll change that. Thinks weird thoughts, like me!
Will Dampney, apparently affectionately known as Skrawn. Seems pretty nice. Had a few conversations with him.
Nikki D'Silva, recently acquiring the name of the Mangrove Girl, courtesy of a somewhat distant move. Great person. Has a few horses I like to talk to her about.
Tom Curran, a very reliable person to talk to; knows when to leak info and when not to. 'Tis useful, and thank you Tom, very much!
Cathy Cook, aka Cafferly, Chook and others. Also does gym and is also very good at it – one of the few people in our group who does
artistic though… actually, maybe the only one. but still, it's kewl stuff! She, Claire, Georgie and Jazz make the contingent in our Chem class who has the most fun, and annoys Dr Grieve the most, but she still loves them *cringe*. Also a Geogers pal, along with Jazz.
Beth Collien, the one with the bass – now accompanied at school, by Sarah Yancey. Squizard, Asti the Purple Pixi and other aliases…
Petrina Choi, affectionately known as P, also known as Prani or Ranip, but somehow that name seems to have stuck with her siamese twin rather than her. Loving the cricket would be an understatement, loving the Matrix would also be an understatement. Takes a while to get ready for anything, but is amazingly organised after that! Also a since-kindy bud, also a defector from Pymble to ABBOTSLEIGH, the asylum for the mentally insane!
Chris Chia, also a person I'm only just starting to get to know. Agreed that he is exceedingly horny, but don't take him seriously and he's alright.
Hera Chan, kardilla. My maths bud, and science bud! and physics bud!, pity we're in different economics classes.
Pippie Cave, name fits perfectly – lover of horses. Great person, who I've gotten to know the past few years.
Anthea Broadfoot, for once you're at the bottom of the list! Also a great friend… I have the bad habit of screaming at her every time I have a problem. Sorry, Antus. But yes, a great person who love P&P as much as I do, which is a great plus!
Nick Broadbent,
now 'Bent, Broadbent, Broadbentovich or whatever definitely deserves to be at the bottom of the pile! ;) pretty psycho person, in the crazy sorta way, rather than the psycho-psycho. Rach's significant other.
Charles Alexander, recently made my re-acquaintance. I could start singing "It's a Small World" but u wouldn't be able to hear it, and so it wouldn't annoy you that much… which is all the fun. I knew this guy when I was in kindy – he and his sister learnt violin from the same guy I did, and his sister had lessons after me! Hadn't seen them for ages! Now, strangely enough, he crosses my path again. Hmmm… life was better before I knew him again ;) just-kidding. Definitely deserves to be at the bottom of this list!
So this list, like everything else I write, is very long. So what?
And yes, I am aware that there are other people, but some of them I've hardly ever talked to, despite seeing them around heaps. So yes, i am aware of your existence but no you're not going to be written up on my homepage! (j/k just msg me!)
