On Friday, November 30 until Sunday, December 2, 2001, five bus loads of people from Ottawa headed down to New York City.  We were there to show our support to the people of New York & the United States.  Many of us came from all over Canada, by plane, bus, train & car.  December 1st was declared National Canada Loves New York day by the Mayor.  20,000 Canadians show up for the rally !!!!!  My Mom & I went but we couldn't get in to the Roseland Ballroom (where the held the rally) - so we just went off & did more tourist things.  We had a great time !!!!!
