Chapter Five
Teresa:  I woke up on the couch. That's weird, Whitney never came home. I must've fallen asleep waiting for her. As much as I complained about never having plans anymore-due to those two spending every living moment together-I had to admit that I loved getting the details of the date. I claimed that I was making sure my buddy Abs wasn't messing with Whit, but I just liked the juicy details. I knew Abs would never hurt her intentionally. Well after I showered and dressed I decided to head on over to Abs's flat. When I knocked on the door once again it wasn't Abs who opened it. "Morning Teresa" smiled Scott. "Hey Scott. Hey is Whitney here? We were suppose to go out for breakfast together" I said looking into the flat. "Um, Abs and her went out to eat together" he said sort of apoligetically. "Are you serious? Oh well, at least they're having fun" I sighed. "Sorree" Scott said "No, it's not your fault. Well I'm gonna go then" I said as I started to walk off. "Hey Teresa! You let me in your house last night, I think I should return the favor. Wanna hang out with me?" He said as he opened the door wider. I smiled. "I'd love to"

Scott: I heated up some leftover pizza for "breakfast" Teresa shared my view that pizza's good anytime. After we finished eating we just talked and laughed like we did the night before. "Hey, how come you're at Abs's place anyway?" Teresa asked, seemingly just realizing that we were in Abs's flat. "Well my building's being renovated so I'm staying here for awhile" I explained. "Oh. That clears things up. I knew Abs would have told me if he'd gotten a new roomie, especially such a cool one" she smiled. "Cool huh?" I asked. "Yeah. My friday's are usually spent watching reruns alone. I'm glad you stopped by looking for Abs last night" "About that, I have a confession to make" "What are you talking about?" she asked looking confused. "Well I knew Abs wouldn't be there, I came to see you" "Really? Why would you want to come see me?" she questioned. "I'm not quite sure. I just remembered you from when I opened the door and we met. Something made me drive to your place" I said vaguely. "You could've just said you were there for me" she said flatly. "Sorree" I said as I looked down. "No, don't be" I looked up and gazed into her eyes as she said "That was really sweet of you" she smiled, and her eyes smiled too. I smiled back and leaned in for a kiss....
