CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE.....
Dancers show respect for themselves, their instructors and the art form they are learning by:

  1)  Being prompt for class.
  2)  Being dressed for class in proper dress code attire ~ minimal
       jewelry.
  3)  Having their hair pulled securely back or in a bun.
  4)  Removing all extra clothing/cover ups before class begins or after
       the warm up.  Without being asked.
  5)  Waiting until an exercise or instruction is finished before entering
       or leaving the classroom.
  6)  Listening when the instructor speaks.
  7)  Responding to a correction verbally or physically.
  8)  Being prepared for their turn.
  9)  Asking before leaving the room.
10)  Asking questions.
11)  Showing the instructor appreciation at the end of the class.
12)  Leaving gum, food and drinks outside the classroom.
13)  Keeping voices down during other classes.
14)  Maintaining friendly, supportive and non-competitive friendships
       with classmates.
15)  Maintaining a hard-working, positive attitude in
       class~REGARDLESS.

Remember that we want dance class to be a positive learning experience for everyone who is involved.  Any student showing poor attitude, disrespect or harassment towards another student or an instructor will be asked to leave the classroom.
