Portraits of a disenchanted youth

These are some sketches I drew in lessons/ study periods. As you can tell I am constantly thrilled and engaged in my lessons.

My subjects were either unaware until after I had drawn the picture, so I could get a natural image, or were uncooperative; either way they kept moving their heads, this is my excuse to any critics out there.

There are some more pictures I have drawn out there so if anyone has them and wants them added to this gallery of fine art get them to me somehow.

If anyone pictured here does not wish to have their picture on the internet contact me, and if your nice to me I might remove it.

I appreciate that many of these pictures don’t look exactly like their subjects but if you think you can do better you try.

This First lot of sketches I did during Chemistry of surprisingly enough my chemistry class. I’m afraid some of them have writing from the other side of the paper showing through but what u gonna do.

On the right is Heenal Vasu fixated by Mr Seaman’s fascinating ramblings

The person on the left wanted his picture removed so I have and have replaced it with a picture of his identical twin. It is the crappest picture on this page. The person who’s identical twin this is often goes by the name of Aladdin, failed his theory test, and his name sounds like "a sneeze"(minus the sn and + a z)

And here is Mush, not quite as attentive as Heenal

To the left is Claire Schmitz.

And to the right is Mikey Boy fisher who may look more awake than Mush but in his mind he is probably having afternoon tea with a troop of acrobats and oversized squirrels. Dude!!!!

Here’s my physics class drawn in a small period of time when neither of our teachers were shouting at us for not doing the impossibly large quantities of work they had set, or for asking whether they had marked it.

Far right is Lucy Carter, and opposite is Vicky, Sorry I made you look a bit like an old woman Vicky.

Now we move on to the waste of time that is the study period. I’m afraid greyscale can’t capture the extent of Phil’s gingerness. Below is Will Bailey who I didn’t have time to finish so I just gave him inflated lips.

Ive done a load of pictures in the U6 as well but Tom Mitchel face is the only one to donate his to this webpage so it is here for you to deface etc. And yes I was very bored to resort to drawing him in my study period.

Update! Opposite is another sketch this time of Helen Bealey, I’m afraid its not very flattering, or very good, again done from life (she wasn’t dead at the time) in biology.
