Confused yet? WELL WE�RE JUST GETTIN' STARTED!
At first the party was going to be at Mandy�s house, but that was changed to my house so Ronni would just have to come here. I made everyone else bring or buy food because I�m lazy and poor like that. People were supposed to be at my house at 4, then Ronni would arrive at 5, so when 4:45 rolled around I was getting pretty nervous. Krysta and Glenn came first, so they patiently sat by as I ranted and raved about people not being here. Evidently Mandy and AJ were stuck in traffic (there had been a storm the night before so some traffic lights were out), and then they forgot to pick up Ang and had to go back, so they were the 2nd car load to show up. Carly and Chris were late coming in from White Lake, so then they came. There was still no sign of Ronni. I made Krysta call. She had been in a �consultation� over her wisdom teeth at the dentist�s office, so I told her she was missing her own birthday party and she needed to get her ass here.
Her ass finally arrived, and so, very bored, Mandy, Ang, and AJ laden themselves down with Ronni�s gifts and hauled them all outside. We all watched her open numerous presents, including a �bag of fun� from Mandy, Ang, and AJ (whom I will now refer to as MAA to save time and effort), including a bunch of coupons for items she might need in the near future. They were some funny items�use your imagination. She also received fun party crowns from MAA, and even Gretel wore one.
It began to rain, and we all went inside. Ang had brought �Life with Mikey�, but the only people watching it by the end were her and Ronni. Everyone else relocated to my room for some reason�and it was random. AJ wants to trade me bedrooms. I don�t know if he�d like mine after a while because someone�s dried boogers are caked to the wall, but whatever, I just won�t tell him that.
The party guests began to drift slowly away. In a downpour, MAA began skipping around my Caddy singing some song about a safety seat, and my parents were quite annoyed. Ang�s mom came for them, and they forgot the movie and the rest of the birthday cake, which Mandy and AJ did a wonderful job of icing. Thus, they came back to collect these items. After they left for good, Ronni tied a piece of her birthday banner around Gretel�s head and took a picture. We sat online and tried to figure out how to get into her Geocities account, but it didn�t work very well. Then it was getting late so Ronni had to leave.
The next morning, I ate the cold leftover pizza for breakfast.
Conclusion: Surprise parties will probably run more smoothly than this one if they are more carefully planned.
