Your troop passes Contalmaison and the Bazentin Road on its way to reach the front at Martinpuich.  Contalmaison is now a heap of ruins because of previous battles, and upon passing the Bazentin Road, your troop becomes under shell fire.  It does not last long, however, and most men are still alive and few are injured.  Your troop then crosses over the Switch Line and then heads down towards the village of Martinpuich.
MARTINPUICH
Troops at Bazentin Road
Contalmaison, France
For three days in the trenches at Martinpuich, your troops are shelled and fired at with shrapnel.  Your corporal then approaches you and asks your opinion on leading the troops in a new gunfire method called "the barrage".  You have a choice: do you choose to try out the new gunfire method which your troops are not too familiar with but may work out well, or do you opt to continue with the same style of gunfire which your trooops know very well but may be leading them into a death trap?
