| 1. The guy swings the girl out. |
| 2. He leads her into a rock step. |
| 3. Hook-up: the guy's left arm bends. The girl hooks her right arm over his left arm and under his armpit grabbing his left shoulder. |
| 4. The guy supports the girl as she goes into a split and pops her back up like a yo-yo. |
| 5. The guy tucks the girl in for a rock step. |

| 6. Repeat hook-up from step 3 but reverse roles. |
| 7. The guy drops into a split. |
| 8. Repeat step 1. |
| 9. Reapeat step 2. |
| 10. The pair plie together to prepare for "The Frog". She jumps straight up knees bent in a frog-like position. While the guy uses his left hand to push her higher up in the air. |
