~Stand with your legs and heels together, toes turned out, and arms rounded. This is "first position". Bend your knees slowly, so that they're directly over your toes (photo 1). Hold for 1 sec. Return to 1st position. Lift your heels off the ground, clench your butt, and hold for 1 sec(photo 2). Return to 1st position. Repete 12-16 times.

Lie down with your legs together in the air. Open your legs to make a "V" (photo 1). Squeeze your inner thighs as you cross your left leg over your right (photo 2), then switch them so your right leg's on top. Open back to a V. (This movement is done quickly: open, cross, cross) Repete 8-16 times.

Stand with your legs together, left heel against your right arch, toes turned out, and arms rounded. This is "3rd position." Point your left foot in front of you, lift your right arm up, and bring your left arm out to the side (photo 1). Lift your left leg up and pause (photo 2). Return to 3rd position. Repete the move 8-16 times (on each leg).
