(Cool to NSYNC's Dirty POP or Peaches N Cream-112) 1 and: stand ft apart, throw hands back bent at elbows parallel with shoulders 1:chop down , so arms are straight in front of u and:fists, arms bent at elbows in front of u, rt over left 2:pull apart 3:bend knees, throw fists down in front of u and cross at wrists 4:jump up ft togther, and shoot out rt hand to rt side and left to left side 5:step rt ft to the rt and put up rt hand up 6:step left together with rt and put rt arm down 7:step left ft to the left and put left arm up 8:step rt with left and throw left arm down 2 1:step rt ft over left, arms out 2:swing left arm in front, step left ft out 3:cross left ft over rt, arms out 4:cross rt ft out, swing rt arm in front 5-8: same as above 3 1:turn to your rt and walk rt 2:left ft 3:ft together, and claps hands above head and: bend rt knee (or rock rt hip to the rt) 4:bend left knee (or hip) 5:bend knees, put hands on thighs 6:shoot stright up, put arms on the side of head, bant elbows 7:throw hands straight out in front of u (still turned to Ur rt) and:twist wrists rt over left 8:left over rt 4 1-8: same to the left side 5 1 and :ball change rt in front (step on rtand left left up and put UR weight on rt ft, then put left ft down) 2:step rt back to center with left 3 and :ball change left in front 4:left together with rt 5 and :ball change rt in front 6 and :rt ball change in back 7 and ball change rt in front : 8:step center with left 6 1:put arms in front of u close to body, bent at elbows, rt arm over left-pul arms out, step rt ft out and:arms in, (rt over left), step left to rt 2:step rt out and pull arms apart again (still bending elbows) 3:step left ft to the left, pull apart hands (left over rt) and: arms left over rt pull in, dtep rt with left 4:step left ft out and pull arms apart again 5:step rt apart from left and bend knees , hands together down 6:left together with rt, hands together over head 7:step rt out from left, bend knees (like 5) 8:step left with rt and turn to the rt, put arms straight out to each side 7 1:walk back rt ft 2:left ft 3:rt ft 4:jump to face front, ft apart 5:lean with shoulders to the rt 6:to the left 7:to the rt 8:to the left 8 and:touch rt next to left ft 1:step rt out to the rt and punch left hand down to rt and:touch left ft to rt, 2:step left out to left and punch rt down to left and: (same ) touch step rt back to center 2:put left heel in front and pull rt arm to body and:step back to center 3:put rt heel in front, both hands as fists in front of u 4:slide left to rt and bring arms in -fists touching each other 5-8: go round in a cricle to the left and stop when facing forward 10 1,2:roll back back and up then down to bend and put hands on knees 3:step a lil out woth rt ft 2 the rt , leading woth knee 4:together 5:left side 6:together 7: hold 8:jump 11 1-4: go round in a circle to the left again 5:ft together, bounce left hand in front , rt in back 6:bounce again 7:bounce rt hand in front, laft in back 8:bounce again 12 1:walk back rt 2:left 3:rt 4:together and throw hands to the rt-palm facing "audience" 5:cont. walk back rt 6:left 7:rt 8:throw hands to the rt 13 1:walk forward rt 2:left 3:leap rt over left 4:on the floor, left knee on ground, rt fton ground 5-7:roll to your left 8:jump up 14 1:step with rt to the rt and "punch" left hand across to rt and down 2:together 3:repete "1" 4:together 5:bend down body at hip 6, 7: body roll up from knees 8:fully up and snap 15 1:step with your left ft 2 the left(squatting) 2:bring rt ft 2 left and stand up and bring hands in front of body crossed at wrists 3,4: repete 5:swing heels of ft to the left and move body and hands(crossed at wrists) with ft 6:same to rt 7:to the left 8:to the rt 16 (turn to face your left) 1:step back on rt ft, put hands up in the air 2:step back on left ft bring arms in and touch at fists-elbows are pointed out to each side 3:kick rt ft back and turn body to the frint and arms are extended out to each side 4: facing left again-rt knee up hands again touching at fists and elbows r pointed out 5-8: repete 17 1:jump to the rt onto the left ft (facing rt side) 2: end in bent over position, wrists crossed 3:stand up pull arms back and:go back down 4:pull arms up again 5:step rt ft to the rt side-(squatting)--(still 2 Ur rt) 6:stand up and punch rt 7,8:repete 18 1:jump on rt ft left ft in back bent at knee 2:jump to face forward-ft apart-put left hand behind back 3:swing rt arms over head to the rt 4:swing rt hand to the left over head 5:make an upside down "L"connect at fists-(left hand vertical, rt hand horizontal)-jab rt elbow to thr rt 6:switch (left horizontal, rt vertical) jab left elbow to left 7:switch back - jab rt with hip 8:jab rt again-with hip start from 8 and go to 12 DONE ! :0) |
