| Good to Mandy Moore's Candy (like in the movie) Head: 1:head down 2:center 3:back 4:center 5:down 6:center 7:back 8:center 1:head rt 2:center 3:left 4:center 5:rt 6:center 7:left 8:center shoulders: 1:rt front 2:back 3:front 4:back 5:front 6:back 7:front 8:back 1-8:repete with left 2 counts 1-8: repete alternating shoulders Hips 1-4:ft apart, go down a lil bending knees(plie), keep bsck straight, arms out 5-8:hold plie , roll hips in a wide circle to the rt, then left -repete 3 more times back: 1-4:get sown on floor-sit down 5-8:contract back so u r laying on floor 1:lift up butt as far as u can so your back is diagnal fromthe floor 2:down 3:up 4:down 5:up 6:down 7:up 8:down -do this 3X, then the 4th time hold up for all 8 counts Legs: 2 counts of 8 on rt side lifting left leg up 2 counts onleft side lifting rt leg back of legs: 1,2:get ft on floor and crunch down (catcher position), ft together 3,4:straighten legs, hands on ankles or flooe -whichever u can do -bounce, bounce, straight, hold 2x come up slowly and roll shoulders back done with the center stage warm up -u can do your own earm up along with this -this is a good cool down! |
