For so many years, children have been the victims of violence, abuse, and neglect while almost always occurring at the hands of their very own parents.  It is heart wrenching to think of some poor defenseless baby left in a crib for days on end to cry with no food, no blanket, and no one who cares enough to even change its diaper.  Unbelievable acts such as this happen everyday all around the world to innocent human beings.  These crimes against humanity need to come to a stop so that these children who are subject to this maltreatment will not do the same to their own children.
