In Dec., 2002, The Girl Scouts participated in the Cuddler's for Kids in Crisis by donating stuffed animals to be given to Kids in Crisis. The Service Unit collected over 2000 animals for the Kids in Crisis. The Girl Scouts also participated in making ornaments for the Girl Scout Christmas tree and in the Christmas parade.
In January, the Girl Scouts sold cookies.
In February the Wythe Girl Scouts had Thinking Day together where each troop shared about the country they studied.
In March the Wythe Girl Scouts had a SWAP meet where they ate pizza, sang songs, did skits, and traded swap pins with each other and filled their hats with all kinds of swaps.
The next Service Unit event was the Powder Puff derby where the Girl Scouts made a car with their Dads and raced them on May 31.
