Brownie Troop 973: This troop had a Christmas craft workshop, a Halloween party, participated in the Christmas parade and donated toys for Christmas to Social Services. The try-its they are working on are people are talking and All in the Family.
Brownie Troop 946: This troop went to see the Nutcracker in Bristol, went Christmas caroling at the Evansham nursing home. They are working on the cookies count try-it.
Brownie Troop 881: made ornaments for the Girl Scout Christmas tree, participated in the Cuddlers for Kids in Crisis program, made windsocks and snowflakes and various other crafts together.
Brownie Troop 797: This troop participated in the Christmas parade, are putting their own cookbook. They make their own snacks at their meetings. They will illustrate their own cookbook and have made everything that will be in it. In Feb. they will go to the Ronald McDonald House to help as volunteers.
Brownie Troop 380: This troop went to see the Nutcracker in Bristol. They also went Christmas caroling at the Evansham nursing home and Birdmont Nursing home. They enjoy doing lots of crafts. They are working on a community service badge. They plan on visiting an Indian village and also going to the Movies.
Brownie Troop 3079: This troop is working on Safety, planning a trip to Pigeon Forge this summer, participated in the Christmas parade and they have gone roller skating.
Daisy Troop 1058:
We held our Investiture Ceremony on Nov. 19 with 6 girls being invested. Parents recited the GS Parent Promise and Law. We have earned the following: The promise center, violet (sister to every GS), Rose (make the world a better place), green (use resources wisely), Spring green (considerate and caring), Yellow (friendly and helpful). They have participated in Juliette Low�s Birthday party, the Cuddler program, ornaments for the GS Christmas tree and are currently making Christmas cards for those left in hospital at Christmas! The Girls will earn the World Trefoil pin for studying Japan for Thinking Day. They will jointly put on a demonstration with a sister Brownie troop. The Girls are collecting aluminum can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Roanoke as well as Box Tops for Education for Spiller Elementary School.
Daisy Troop 1118: Has 5 girls in their troop. They were in the Christmas parade, participated in the Cuddler's for Kids in Crisis Campaign, and made Gingerbread houses for Christmas. They painted pumpkins for Halloween. They have earned all their flower petals and the center and had a real nice ceremony to receive them. They are planning on making SWAPs for the Swap meet coming up and are working on a song to sing for the SWAP meet. They also are planning on going skating, bowling and are going to participate in the Powder Puff Derby in May.

Junior Troop 531: This troop has
been working together with Brownie
Troop 881 and made windsocks, ,
snowflakes, Christmas ornaments. They
participated in the Cuddlers for Kids in
Crisis Campaign and marched in the
Christmas parade.
Junior Troop 716:
We have completed Our Theater
and First Aid badges. As Part of
earning our theater badge, We Went
to the Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theater
to see Grease and had a wonderful time!
We are looking forward to learning
more about First Aid and will be
visited by Police and the Rescue squad
to explain the services they provide.
