| Plies Make sure to resist when going down and up. Push your legs out, try not to sit. If you are doing them at the barre, dont have a death grip on it! If it's in centre (I dont know why it would be, I've never done them there before, but whatever) If you are doing your jumps and have plies in them, then you're gonna have to keep your back tall and ribs under to really support. |
| Tondus Make sure to roll from the tops of the legs while doing this excersise!! And bring your heel forward. Make sure to keep your lift or else you'll wiggle! nothing should move but your leg (and maybe your arm if you do a port de bras) |
| Fondus and Developes Be sure to Keep your turn out, even when it's going up. Dont rest you foot!!! In the developes, make sure to really stretch your leg out, use the muscles!! |
