NZCA AGM The AGM will be held 12.45pm - 1.45pm on Saturday 2009. LEADERS / INSTRUCTORS A Leaders / Instructors meeting will be held at 4.30 pm on Saturday 1 August 2009. VIDEO CAMERAS The use of video cameras is allowed without cost, however the Committee reserves the right to limit or remove cameras from halls if they become intrusive. Don't forget your camera for a group photo opportunity. TAPS Please ensure that your taps are in good condition. All taps will be inspected and any faulty taps will not be allowed on the dance floor. | VENUE Motueka High School has a large main hall, two areas for workshops and dancing. Plenty of off-street parking and within walking distance from motels. It is approximately 40minutes from Nelson Airport and close to accommodation (see below). SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN SCHOOL BOUNDARIES. TRANSPORT Shuttle buses from Nelson Airport are available but MUST be pre-booked (cost dependent on numbers). Please advise of your arrival time on your registration form so that these can be booked in advance. Where possible, please coordinate your flight arrivals so that group shuttles can be used. A bus for all attendees will leave venue at 1.15pm on Sunday arriving in Nelson Airport at 2pm.
