Dan was first spotted as a 15 year old in 8th grade. He was chosen to be one of eight hip teens to represent Darren Star's (Sex in the City, Melrose Place) newest venture Mouth To Mouth magazine--brandishing supermodel Cindy Crawford and Shaquille O'Neill on the cover. He was also used as an Oakley's model on billboards in a large optical chain. Dan was then featured as a week long regular on MTV's Twelve Angry Viewers in the winter of 1997.
Studying at NYU, Dan was scouted by talk show host Rosie O'Donnell one day in line for Moulin Rouge who dubbed him "the most beautiful man she's ever seen." Dan left the movie ten minutes early for his LSAT class (he's trying to get into law school) and Rosie never got a chance to approach him! Rosie described the mystery movie man on her show the following day and a friend of Dan's recognizing the description quickly notified him. Dan called in the show and made an appearance on May 24th. Since then he's had appointments at various famous modeling agencies and with television producers.
