Through it all, their laughter and concerns for Joe and me never diminished.
Joy and Ian took their places at each side of the door and stood by......
Any time I would need medical help they would each head out the door and down the halls, finally bringing back any doctor they could find for me.
After one such incident, the doctor smiled and said
"WE CALL THEM THE GUARDIANS AT YOUR GATE"
He was referencing a Bible quotation and came back later to show us the sentence he was referring to.
NOW THAT'S A DOCTOR!
AND THOSE ARE TWO WONDERFUL KIDS.
They call, come, care and create enjoyable times for us.
