June 13, 2000 I'm back on track for planning again. John and I finally picked out the invitation pattern we're going to use. I'm still going to price them with local invitation stores to see if the catalog that I have is cheaper. I have already started to work on the wedding programs. I'm going to do those myself to make sure they are exactly like I want them (and not to mention save $$.) We finally found a bridesmaid dress that's both inexpensive and available! We ordered them last week and they should start arriving in July (each size will come in on a different day). We got them from Chadwick's of Boston. It's a recent dress style they just came out with so hopefully we won't have any problems. The other dress we picked out from them is on backorder till September because it's such a popular dress. I changed the colors a bit. . .we are now using periwinkle instead of navy so that means I need to make another trip to the florist to change some flower colors but I don't mind. I'm also going to make my bouquet a bit smaller. I still do not have musicians, a baker or a caterer. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone and with only 5 months to go, I have to hurry and locate these people. On a fun note, I've already started working on the table decor for the reception. I've also already bought my wedding memories book and have started filling it out. John and I will be getting our engagement picture taken July 7. Hopefully it'll only take a few weeks to get the pictures in. I will post one once we get them. �
