The Arabian Tensay Frog
Info on the dwelling, life, species, and dangers of the Arabian Tensay Frog.

The tensay frog lives mainly in the jungles of south Arabia, and it is known to many as "the killer of the jungle".
It begins life as a small tadpole, and after about two weeks, it will have matured into a frog. It eats insects, but will grow so rapidly that it soons starts to devour birds, chickens, dogs, and cats. They grow to the size of about 1 meter, (3 ft.), and have been known to even kill and devour people. An Arabian tribesman by the name of Wa-yma stated,"that beast kill many people". They will hide in bushes waiting for their prey to arrive, and when it does, it strangles it with its tongue. And then devours it. This is a warning to all who will venture in their parts of the region. Beware.
