Andrej is, very simply put, a Shadow Lord.  Emphasis on the Lord.  Powerful, dignified and commanding, he is a throw-back to the iron-fisted warlords of the Transylvanian mountains.  He does not manipulate and plot as much as he commands and leads with sheer force of his personality - which is not charming, by any means, but is nonetheless awfully charismatic.  He is a general among the army of Garou, and if he lives long enough, he will command his troops in the final battle against the Wyrm.

Yet while he is merciless, he is not cruel; while he gives no quarter and expects none, he is not battle-mad.  His rage is a well-tempered thing, neither flame nor ice but a force like a hurricane that builds slowly and, once unleashed, is catastrophic.

"Life the battlefield has two ways out: death, and victory.  And I will see that Gaia's way out is the latter, even  if it requires every last one of us to take the other exit.  Now, are you with me, or are you a dead man walking?"
